SoulX User Agreement
Effective date: May 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of SoulX. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to follow this agreement and all applicable laws.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you provide, activity under your account, and keeping login credentials secure. Do not impersonate others or use false information to mislead other users.
Community Rules
- Do not post, send, or promote illegal, hateful, harassing, exploitative, pornographic, violent, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Do not threaten, bully, stalk, spam, scam, or collect information from other users without permission.
- Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Use reporting and blocking tools when you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Content
You retain rights to content you create, but you grant SoulX the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, moderate, and support that content as part of the service.
Safety and Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when needed to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain service integrity.
Purchases
Digital products and VIP features are processed through Apple in-app purchase where required. Purchase details are described before payment and may be subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
Service Changes
Features may change over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, compliance, safety, or product changes.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion from the app settings where available or by contacting support. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, purchase, or abuse-prevention reasons.
