SoulX Recharge Agreement
Effective date: May 1, 2026
This agreement applies to SoulX recharge, VIP, coins, diamonds, or other digital product purchases made in the app.
Payment
Eligible digital products are purchased through Apple in-app purchase. The final price, taxes, currency, and payment confirmation are shown by Apple before you complete payment.
Delivery
After payment succeeds and the receipt is verified, purchased benefits are delivered to the account used for the purchase. Network or server delays may affect delivery time.
Use of Digital Products
Digital products are intended for use inside SoulX only. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred outside the app, sold, or redeemed for monetary value unless required by law.
Refunds
Refund requests for Apple in-app purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. If you experience delivery or account issues, contact SoulX support with the order details.
Account Safety
If an account is suspended or deleted because of serious violations, access to digital products may be limited as allowed by law and platform rules.
