SoulX Privacy Policy

SoulX provides social messaging, profile, moments, drift bottle, recharge, VIP, reporting, blocking, and account management features. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Account and contact information such as name, phone number, email address, user ID, and login credentials or tokens needed to operate your account.
- Profile and user-generated content such as avatar, nickname, gender, birthday, profile text, moments, bottle messages, comments, chat messages, photos, videos, audio, and support messages you choose to submit.
- Device and app information such as device identifier, app version, language, network request headers, push token, logs, product interaction, and basic diagnostics used to keep the service reliable.
- Approximate location or selected region when you choose to add location or region information to content or profile flows.
- Purchase and recharge information such as product identifiers, order numbers, transaction status, and receipt verification results for Apple in-app purchases.
How We Use Information
- To create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, sync messages, show profiles, publish moments, process bottle replies, and provide chat features.
- To process recharge, VIP, and purchase flows, verify transactions, and provide order support.
- To provide safety features including content reporting, blocking, moderation review, abuse prevention, account security, and account deletion.
- To send service notifications such as chat updates, push notifications, account messages, and support responses.
- To understand app reliability and product interaction in a way that does not track users across third-party apps or websites.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when needed to operate the app, comply with law, protect users, verify purchases with Apple, provide cloud hosting or messaging services, or respond to valid legal requests.
Tracking and Advertising
SoulX does not use data to track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising. If this changes, the app will request any consent required by platform rules.
Retention
We keep account, message, transaction, and safety records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support account recovery. You may request account deletion from the app settings where available.
Your Choices
- You can edit profile information inside the app.
- You can block or report users and content through safety controls.
- You can manage push notifications in iOS Settings.
- You can request account deletion from the app settings or by contacting support.
Children
SoulX is not intended for children under 13. Users must meet the minimum age required by their local law and App Store rating.
